Our Impact
Simplifying a Complex Service
We helped one state’s Medicaid agency rapidly pivot amid the COVID-19 pandemic, creating a call center with live specialists to talk through applications line by line. Since its inception, we have assisted more than 40,000 applicants, simplifying their submission experience.
