Our Impact

Survey Methods That Matter

Using mixed methods, we helped a healthcare foundation assess the need for a behavioral health consultation program and the services and features to be included so that primary care providers (PCP) could best support patients. By using these evidence-based insights, the foundation can design programs for PCPs to care for their patients behavioral health needs without gaps in service.

Additionally, since 2018, we’ve helped a state network of 12 federally qualified health centers measure patient experience to maintain Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Tracking data on the key elements of the patient care journey over time, we’ve helped the network understand and improve the patient experience and satisfaction.
