By negotiating supplier contracts on behalf of a state public health division and supplying required documentation to enable billing for services provided by their public clinics and state laboratory, we enabled a state to seek reimbursement for its services, creating a sustainable revenue stream for continued access to the critical services the division provides.
In addition, we mobilized during the pandemic to support public health initiatives and vaccine access, including a state’s pandemic response for reimbursement of vaccine administrations. With this initiative, we processed over 2.5 million claims, generating more than $50 million in reimbursements to local, state, and regional vaccine providers.
