Strategic Planning, Process Improvement & Project Management

Effective strategic planning, process improvement, and project management are critical to delivering the best care and services in the right place and at the right time. We help clients create realistic plans, with the coaching and mentoring needed so that strategic planning and process improvement become standardized, sustainable activities the organization can improve upon over time.

What Challenges You

Health and human services organizations need clear, actionable strategies to develop and achieve goals and future plans. While they may excel in providing quality patient care and member support, limited resources, expertise, or time can create challenges in generating and executing strategic initiatives and supporting internal skillset advancement.

As a result, they may be unable to implement and operationalize effective planning, process improvement, or project management that could take their service delivery to the next level.

Our Impact

Critical Thinking and Continuous Assessment for Transformational Change

In collaboration with several partners, we demonstrated our agility in establishing a COVID-19 vaccination clinic in central Massachusetts in a matter of weeks. Our zero-waste processes for scheduling, check-in, and vaccine administration allowed for a seamless flow and minimal wait times. In conjunction with other vaccine activities, such as a mobile clinic, we administered over 100,000 vaccines to residents, with visits averaging a total of only 30 minutes.
