Pam McDonough, in her role as the executive director of finance and controller, oversees ForHealth Consulting’s financial reporting, budget planning, and oversight processes, including cost management and control systems. She is also responsible for developing financial performance metrics, service-level standards, and tools designed to help organizational leaders achieve their business goals supporting the mission and strategic goals of ForHealth.
A certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience, Pam has worked in public accounting and industry including financial management, accounting department operations, financial reporting, staff supervision, tax preparation, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, cash management as well as human resource activities. She has extensive knowledge and practical application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Prior to joining ForHealth Consulting, Pam worked as a financial controller at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, Veristat, and Biomedical Research Models.
Pam lives in the Massachusetts’ Metrowest area with her husband and dogs. She volunteers on the Human Resource and Finance Committees of the board of directors at the MetroWest YMCA.
Pam received her bachelor of science in accounting from Bentley University and is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts.
