Collaborating with other senior leaders and key business partners, Jessica Carpenter leads our market growth strategy and organizational transformation and optimization efforts.
Jessica previously served as Managing Director, Health Systems Solutions, as well as in clinical program leadership and management roles at ForHealth Consulting, with a focus on Medicaid long-term services and supports (LTSS).
Jessica is a Massachusetts-licensed dietitian and a registered dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her many publications and abstracts feature subjects from health and nutrition to coordination of LTSS for medically complex children and best practices in managed LTSS.
Jessica previously served in roles ranging from clinical and research dietitian to practice manager for a large multispecialty medical group outpatient practice. She held positions at Reliant Medical Group, Rippe Lifestyle Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, and New England (Tufts) Medical Center.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and leading initiatives focused on community services to advance independent living for vulnerable populations. In her personal life, she is a supporter of organizations dedicated to finding cures for Type 1 Diabetes and Huntington’s Disease and volunteering in her community.
Jessica is an avid cook and baker and loves honoring her Italian heritage with traditional family recipes. She enjoys walking outdoors and traveling, especially to Cape Cod and the White Mountains in New Hampshire. She resides in central Massachusetts with her husband, Michael, and children, Joseph and Liliana.
Jessica earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition science from Syracuse University and Tufts University, respectively.
