Collaborating with other senior leaders and key business partners, Jessica Carpenter leverages best practices, internal expertise, and emerging technologies to develop new clinical performance improvement, survey research, policy reform, and workforce development products and services in response to market demand.
Jessica previously served as Deputy Managing Director, Clinical Delivery and Informatics Solutions, as well as in clinical program leadership and management roles at ForHealth Consulting, with a focus on Medicaid long-term services and supports (LTSS).
Jessica is a Massachusetts-licensed dietitian and a registered dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her many publications and abstracts feature subjects from health and nutrition to coordination of LTSS for medically complex children and best practices in managed LTSS.
Jessica previously served in roles ranging from clinical and research dietitian to practice manager for a large multispecialty medical group outpatient practice. She held positions at Fallon Clinic, Rippe Lifestyle Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, and New England (Tufts) Medical Center.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and leading initiatives focused on community services to advance independent living for vulnerable populations. In her personal life, she supports advocacy efforts for children with Type 1 Diabetes and Hearing Impairment. She resides in central Massachusetts with her husband, Michael, children, Joseph and Liliana, and their boxer, Brady.
Jessica earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition science from Syracuse University and Tufts University, respectively.
