ForHealth Consulting Office of Clinical Affairs Director Selected for Milbank Fellows Program
Clara Filice, MD, MPH, MHS, Chief Medical Officer for MassHealth and Director of the Office of Clinical Affairs at ForHealth Consulting® at UMass Chan Medical School, has been selected for the 2026–2027 Milbank Fellows Program.
The highly competitive 10-month program brings together experienced executive branch and state legislative leaders from across the country to share evidence-based approaches to complex health policy challenges. Through peer learning and collaboration, fellows gain insights and practical strategies to advance population health in their states and communities.
Dr. Filice brings extensive experience to the fellowship. As Chief Medical Officer for MassHealth, she oversees clinical policy and programs for 2.2 million members and leads initiatives focused on clinical quality, health equity, and high-value care. A board-certified pediatrician, she brings a clinical perspective to improving health outcomes and better meeting the needs of MassHealth members.
